The cucumber is a creeping vine that roots in the ground and grows up trellises or other supporting frames, wrapping around with thin, spiraling tendrils. The plant has large leaves that form a covering over the fruit.
The cucumber is roughly cylindrical, elongated, with tapered ends, and may be as large as 60 cm long and 10 cm in diameter. Cucumbers grown to be eaten fresh and those intended for pickling similar. Cucumbers are mainly eaten in the unripe green form. The ripe yellow form normally becomes too bitter and sour. Cucumbers are usually over 90% water.
The cucumber has an enclosed seed and developing from a flower, botanically speaking, cucumbers are classified as fruits. However, much like tomatoes and squash they are usually perceived, prepared and eaten as vegetables.

The Recipe for Cacik
Aim:
We aim to make a turkish dip called Cacik. Cacik originated in Turkey.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups yogurt
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 cucumbers, diced
• 4 cloves garlic,mashed
• Salt
• Dried mint
Methoid:
Put yogurt in a bowl and mix it with a spoon. Pour water in it, keep mixing. Add garlic, salt and diced cucumber, mix it again.
You may balance the amount of water and yogurt depending on your taste. Thickness of cacik is originally like soup. But if you want it thicker, add less water. Finally add dried mint
